PRE-RACE INFORMATION

Can you post/courier my Race Kit/Bib?

No. All participants must come to the Expo to collect their Race Kits/Bibs.

Can someone else collect my Race Kit on my behalf?

We recommend entrants collect their own Race Kit. However, if you need someone to collect on your behalf, they will have to bring a print out of your entry confirmation email and a letter/email/text from you authorising them to collect the Race Kit on your behalf.

What do I need to bring to collect my race kit?

You will need  a photo id ( PAN or Aadhaar or Driving License etc) to collect your Race Kit. If you are collecting the same on behalf of another runner, you will be required to bring an authorisation letter/email/text along with a copy of their entry confirmation.

Each entrant will receive a confirmation of their entry via email (also downloadable format), you are not required to print this email, but it would be a good idea to have a copy on your phone available.

Awards will be determined by your chip time.
